Automating Access Management Request & Provisioning Using iPaaS

MSU has centralized access management for hundreds of applications and we have developed a scalable process for requesting access, obtaining approval, and for some instances, automating the provisioning. This process involves the use of dynamic iPaaS forms with specific standards that allow the use of a common flows to process the requests, but allow for enough flexibility to meet the varied needs for many different applications, in conjunction with TDX tickets and workflows and an existing approval tracking system. We have continued to expand the forms used for intake and improved the processes to increase efficiency and scalability, as well as improve integration with systems of record.
