Making the Knowledge Base (KB) Usable by the Community

Use the Settings option to turn on subtitles.

To implement TeamDynamix (TDX) well, it was necessary to build a Knowledge Base that would be more useable by the community. We developed a template for all to use to have the articles be a consistent presentation. We continued to work to add more functionality and are using Google Analytics to help guide us. Adding relevance between the Service Catalog and Knowledge Base has really increased how our community uses it and going beyond IT by other departments adding their articles has made it more useful and familiar. Our Residence Hall department gave us a nice boost for sure!
