The Software Licensing process - migrating a manual process using email and worksheets to assets and iPaaS flows that provide the ability to easily report on the number of licenses purchased, approved, deployed, ability to charge back the requestor, notifications prior to expiration of the license to understand if requestor wants to renew or not.
