Revamping a Legacy Request Form with iPaaS

One of the challenges you can face when implementing a new ITSM platform is bringing on board your legacy request forms. In many cases these forms have complex business logic behind the scenes and have been customized to the point where they are unlikely to fit into any standardized template. In this session we will discuss how Northwestern University used iPaaS to overhaul one such form (our Virtual Server Order Form), seamlessly connect it to our TDX environment, and improve the request process for both the user and technician.
