Learn how Missouri State University applied KCS principles and agile project management to revitalize our tired and overgrown knowledge base. When MSU implemented TeamDynamix, we were determined to transform our existing knowledge base into a more current and useful resource. With over 1,100 often outdated and redundant articles spanning 25+ years, where would we even start? In this session, we’ll demonstrate how MSU initiated a Knowledge Base Review process that trimmed over 65% and turned our knowledge base back into an organized, relevant, and powerful tool. Our project not only improved article accuracy and relevance for today’s audience, but also resulted in a repeatable template for ongoing future maintenance.
