The Nuances of Who Can See Project Reports in Analysis

In the Analysis application, there are two variables that can determine what projects will appear to a user when running a project report:

  1. The user sees all the projects that belong to their Acct/Dept.
  2. The user sees all projects belonging to all departments because they have the View All Accts/Depts permission on their security role.

The Nuances of Who Can See Project Reports in Projects

In the Projects application, only users who have one of the following associations with a project will be able to see it in the results:

  • Project managers
  • Alternate project managers
