This how-to article will help Users to link their TDX account to their BeyondTrust account using the TDNext interface. The user must have access to TDNext and a Ticketing application.
Overview
For organizations that use single sign-on (SSO), TeamDynamix user accounts can be linked to BeyondTrust (formerly Bomgar) user accounts.
Linking the Accounts
- Configure the BeyondTrust integration and Enable Sessions Initiated by Technicians
- The Generate BeyondTrust Session option will appear in the Actions menu on a ticket
- Select this for the first time and you will be taken to the Link BeyondTrust & TeamDynamix Account page. This page will list all currently logged-in BeyondTrust accounts and indicate if they're linked to a TeamDynamix account
- Select the correct BeyondTrust account and click the Submit button. You will need to log in to both systems to link your accounts.
If you link the wrong TeamDynamix and BeyondTrust accounts, you or an administrator can clear the association from your profile page.
