Editing an Existing Expense

A user may need to edit an expense that they have entered which has not been submitted or is rejected. To edit an existing expense:

  1. In TDNext,  Applications Menu > Time & Expenses > Expense Entry.
  2. Locate the expense to submit in the grid.
  3. Click the expense ID to open the expense details window.
  4. Click the Edit button to edit the expense details.
  5. Click the Attach button to add attachments to the expense.
  6. Click the Comment button to add comments and notify people.
