Technicians must first navigate to the ticketing application by selecting the application from the apps menu


Once the ticketing application has been opened, the Technician can submit a new incident by either selecting the "+New Incident" or "+New" link from the top navigation bar.
A new incident form will appear providing the technician with the ability to quickly complete the form by selecting a "Template". You can learn how to set up a template here. Also, the technician will have the ability to search the Knowledge Base through the entry form interface.
