Forwarding Issues

Users can forward issues to individuals inside and outside of the TeamDynamix system. The forwarding allows the user to specify an email recipient and add a descriptive message for the recipient. When forwarded, the recipient will receive an email with the message and the details of the issue. In order to forward an issue, the user must first:

  1. Within TDNext, open the Projects/Workspaces application.
  2. To the left of the project name, click the triangle to view the list of project components.
  3. From the list, click Issues.
  4. If necessary, modify the search criteria using the filter icon in the top right corner, and click the "Apply" button.
  5. Click on the title link of the issue you wish to forward from the issue list.
  6. Click Actions > Forward.
  7. In the email message window, enter the recipient(s) email address(es) and a message, if desired, and then click the "Save" button.
