To view or download an issue attachment, the user must:
Enter the Issues component for the appropriate project in the Projects/Workspaces application in TDNext.
If necessary, modify the search criteria and click the "Apply" button.
Click on the title link of the issue whose attachment you wish to view or download from the issues list.
The screen will now display a list of attachments to the issue in the "Attachments" section. If you would like to view or download the attachment, click on the attachment title. You will then be prompted to either open (view) or save the attachment.
