How to Add an Attachment to an Issue Record

Documents, code samples, articles, screen shots, instructions or images can be attached to an issue. To add an attachment to an issue, the user must:

  1. Enter the Issues module for the appropriate project.
  2. If necessary, modify the search criteria and click the "Apply" button.
  3. Click on the title link of the issue you wish to add an attachment to from the issues list.
  4. Click Add and select Attachment.
  5. A pop-up window will appear. Click the browse button to locate the file to be attached. Once complete, click on the "Upload" button.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 if you wish to add more attachments.
  7. The screen will now display a list of attachments to the issue in the "Attachments" section.
