Ticket Aging Report

The Ticket Aging report allows users to see the amount of overdue tickets currently entered in the system. The report groups the tickets by the amount of time overdue. The categories are:

  • Less Than 16 Days
  • 16 - 30 Days
  • 31 - 60 Days
  • 61 - 90 Days
  • Greater Than 90 Days

To view overdue tickets, the user must:

  1. Enter a Tickets application.
  2. Click the "Ticket Aging" link in the left navigation bar under Standard Reports.
  3. The user may break the report down further by entering any search criteria and clicking the "Run Report" button.
  4. If you wish to print the report, click the "Print" button after running the report.
