How to View Tickets in "Awaiting My Approval" Queue


The Awaiting My Approval link in the left navigation of a Tickets application is used to identify tickets who have a workflow step awaiting the current user's approval. To view tickets awaiting your approval, the user must:

  1. Enter a Tickets application.
  2. Click the "Awaiting My Approval" queue in the left navigation bar under the "Tickets" link.
  3. Click on the appropriate title link from the ticket list to open a ticket detail window.
