Viewing Tickets "Assigned To Me"

The user may view all tickets assigned to them. To view all tickets assigned to a user, they must:

  1. Within TDNext, navigate to Applications > [your ticketing application]
  2. In the left menu, under the Tickets section, click the "Assigned To Me"
  3. By default, tickets that have a status class of New, In Process or On Hold are displayed. If necessary, use the filter icon in the top right corner to change the search criteria and click the "Apply" button.
  4. Click on the appropriate title link from the ticket list to open a ticket detail window.
