Viewing Tickets in TDNext

Users may view tickets belonging to the Ticketing applications they have access to. To view tickets, the user must:

  1. Navigate to a Ticket application inside TDNext
  2. Click 'Tickets" tab on the left hand side
  3. By default, all tickets with a status class of New, In Process or On Hold are displayed. To change whats being filtered in, click the green funnel button on the right hand side. If the ticket has a status with a class other than the ones mentioned, change the search criteria and click the "Apply" button to see additional tickets
