Creating a New Ticket in the Client Portal

To create a new ticket request, the user must:

  1. Enter a Client Portal application and go to Services.
  2. Go to a service which creates a ticket.
  3. Click the Request Service. The button text may not in fact read Request Service as this is customizable, but the default text is Request Service. There will most likely be a button indicating how to request the service.
  4. Fill out the ticket form as required.
  5. Click the Request button.
