Viewing Your Ticket Request Detail

To view the details of a ticket request that the user has entered, the user must:

  1. Enter the Client Portal and go to Services.
  2. Click the Ticket Requests link in the sub-navigation header bar.
  3. Select ticket request name link in the ticket requests link. A ticket request detail window will open.
