Resubmitting a Rejected Time Report

When a time report gets rejected, it is routed back to the user for editing and resubmission. The user can be notified through email that they need to edit and resubmit their rejected time report. The rejected report will only show the time items that were rejected. To edit the time report, the user must:

  1. Navigate to the time report page of the week whose time you wish to edit.
  2. Edit the rejected time items.
  3. When finished editing all rejected time items, click the "Resubmit" button.
  4. Enter any comments if desired.
  5. Choose which manager(s) to notify.
  6. Click the "Resubmit" button.
  7. The time items that have been resubmitted will be sent to the user's manager.
