Change A Project Member's Bill Rate (not changing the bill rate globally in admin)

The project manager is able to modify a user bill rate for a project. To change a user's bill rate, the project manager must:

  1. Navigate to "Applications -> Projects."
  2. Click the "Manage Projects" folder link in the left navigator.
  3. In the "Manage Projects" window, select the appropriate project.
  4. Click on the "Resources" tab.
  5. Click on the user's name that you want to modify.
  6. Enter a new bill rate in the "Bill Rate" textbox.
  7. Click on the "Save" button.
    **NOTE: A bill rate change will not affect submitted time entries created before the rate change, only going forward.**
