Alerts For Waterfall Tasks (See "Creating And Working With Project Plans")

  1. In TDNext, enter the Projects/Workspaces application
  2. Open a plan task list for the appropriate project by clicking Plans under the project.
  3. Select the appropriate task plan from the task plan list.
  4. Double-click on the task title.
  5. The task details will display in a new window. Click on the "Alerts" tab.
  6. Select the project member from the "Resource" selection box (hold the CTRL key to select multiple users) for whom you want the alert set.
  7. Select the alerts that you want to apply from the list of alert options by checking their associated checkboxes.
  8. Once finished, click the "Add" button.
