How to make Project Requests appear in Portfolio Planning Reports

In order for project requests to appear in the Portfolio Planning reports (i.e. Top Scored Requests, Request Matrix, and the Capacity Planner), the request must be in an active workflow (or approved) AND the request must be past the step in the workflow marked "Ready for Reporting". This can be set by signing into TD Admin and navigating to Portfolio Planning > Workflows. Edit a workflow and select a step as ready for reporting.

Additionally for Capacity Planner, the project request must have Functional Roles with schedules associated with the request.
