Client Portals, Accessibility, and Responsive Web Design [Video]

This video will help administrators and managers who are looking to build or update a client portal. To perform most of the steps shown, a user must have permission to create and manage client portal desktops as well as access to manage content within the service catalog, knowledge base, and questions components.
