This Conversational A.I. How-To article provides information on how to create a Bot application in an organization's environment.
Overview
While many organizations may only use a single bot, there are situations where additional bots may be needed as part of a TeamDynamix Conversational A.I. implementation.
Creating a Bot
Prior to completing the following steps, log in to your Conversational A.I. environment.
- Select Applications on the top menu bar
- Select New Application
- Select either an empty application or a starter template.
- Empty TD Bot Application
- An empty TD Bot application. Define intents, utterances, flows, forms, and other resources that will then be built into one or more custom bots.
- Starter TD Bot Application
- A new TD Bot application that already has a few basic features created for you to help you get started.
- Defaulted Bot Config - from the template library
- This bot template has a few pre-built intents to allow a jump start on implementation.
- Select the Business Function
- Select the Environment
- Select Add
Congratulations, you've created your first bot.
