Adding Aisera chatbot to the client portal

TeamDynamix integrates with the Aisera chatbot. TeamDynamix allows you to add the Aisera chatbot script to your Client Portal which will open the chatbot when your customers visit the Client Portal.

There are two options for adding the chatbot to the client portal. In both cases, Aisera will provide you with a script in the following format: <script type=text/javascript src=https://prod.chatbot.aisera.cloud/[customername]/awc/js?t=[guid]></script>

Option 1: Add to HTML Module

The first option is to add the chatbot to an HTML module, and include it in a Page in the client portal. Follow these steps to add the script to an HTML module:

  1. Navigate to an HTML module definition (TDAdmin > Applications > [Client Portal Application] > Desktops & Pages > HMTL Modules > [HTML Module]).
  2. Click the Source button to view the HTML of the desktop module. 
  3. Paste the Aisera script below any other content in the HTML module. 
  4. Ensure Sanitize Content is unchecked. If this checkbox is disabled, request access to change it using this service
  5. Save.
  6. Add this module to the client portal pages that you wish to include the Aisera chatbot in. 

Option 2: Add to Client Portal Footer

The second option is to add the chatbot to the client portal footer, which will include it in all pages in the client portal. Follow these steps to add the chatbot to a footer:

  1. Navigate to the client portal application's Settings page (TDAdmin > Applications > [Client Portal Application] > Settings. 
  2. Paste the Aisera script below any other content in the Client HTML Footer field
  3. Save
