Updating Tasks Assigned to You


This article instructs on how to close tasks that are assigned to you in the client portal.

This is specifically useful for the Readiness Course, as the TeamDynamix Professional Services team reports on your outstanding tasks. When you complete your tasks, we know you're ready to be handed off to an implementation consultant to meet one-on-one at regular intervals.

Updating Tasks on Your Implementation Project

View Tasks Assigned to You

  1. Navigate to solutions.teamdynamix.com and sign in via the Sign In button in the upper right
  2. Select Projects/Workspaces from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  3. Select your implementation project.
  4. Navigate to Plans.
  5. You should see tasks assigned to you under My Tasks.

Updating Tasks Assigned to You

  1. Follow the steps above to view assigned tasks.
  2. Select a task from the list of tasks assigned to you.
  3. In the new window that opens, select Update.
  4. Change the Percent Complete.
  5. Add any relevant Comments and people to notify via the Notification fields.
  6. Select Save.


I Can't Authenticate to solutions.teamdynamix.com

In order to be able to authenticate to TeamDynamix's BE, you need to create an account. The Accessing TDX Community, the TDX Client Portal, and Implementation Projects KB article gives instructions. You can also use the Forgot Password? link if you need your password reset.

I Don't See My Implementation Project

You can request access to your project by following step two in the Accessing TDX Community, the TDX Client Portal, and Implementation Projects KB article.

I Don't Have Tasks Assigned to Me

If you have no tasks assigned to you, submit a project Issue, and the consultants will ensure you're added as a resource to all appropriate tasks.
