Frequently Asked Questions

Zoom Questions

  • I registered for the Readiness Course. Why didn't I get my confirmation email?
Each course has a registration deadline. This is to help the TeamDynamix consultants and give them time to set up each environment and make sure it is ready to go for students of the Readiness Course. The course registrants are approved the day after the registration deadline. This is when you will get your confirmation email.

  • Why did I get multiple confirmation emails?
When you register for the Readiness Course, you can select up to seven sessions to attend. Each registrant needs to be approved for each session. You will receive a confirmation email for each session you have registered to attend.

  • I need to register for the course, but the deadline of the registration has already passed. What do I do?
The registration deadline is to assist the TeamDynamix consultants and to give them time to set up each environment and make sure that it is ready to go for students of the Readiness Course. For this reason, last minute registrants are typically not accepted. However, if you have prior consent from one of the consultants, you can register past the deadline. Please register and email the course administrator in order to guarantee your registration will be approved. Instructions and information about the course administrator are on the registration page.

  • I got my confirmation email. How do I add the course to my Outlook calendar?
Each confirmation email is automatically generated by Zoom and includes an iCalendar (.ics) file that can be imported into your calendar system. Here are Microsoft's instructions for importing into Outlook.
Alternatively, you could create your own Outlook meeting and add the details that are provided (i.e., the meeting link and passcode).

  • Is the link to the webinar shareable?
The link that Zoom generates and sends to you is unique and should not be shared with others.

  • Are the links for each module in the course all the same?
The links for each module in the course are the same. They are different per user but not different per session.

  • What if I can't attend all of the modules in the session?
Each module in the Readiness Course is recorded. As long as you have been added to your implementation project, you will receive a notification of the recording when it is posted. You can also register for additional courses as needed. Check with the TeamDynamix consultants if you need the registration page links.

Action Items Questions

  • Do I have to do my action items?
Yes. The TeamDynamix consultants report on what action items each organization has completed. This is how we know when you're ready to be handed off to your Implementation Consultant, at which point you'll meet regularly with them to cover the rest of your implementation content.

  • How do I know which action items I need to complete?
First, make sure you've been added to your implementation project. After you've been added, you can navigate to your implementation project and select Plans from the sub navigation bar at the top of the page. Under Plans, you should see My Tasks. Here you can update tasks that are assigned to you and mark them as complete as you finish them.
If you don't see any tasks under My Tasks, submit a project issue. It's possible you were added to the implementation project after all of the tasks were assigned to members of your team, which takes place before each Readiness Course and is a part of the setup the TeamDynamix consultants do between the registration deadline and the beginning of the course.

  • I need help with my action items. What resources are available to me?
You are always able to submit project issues to ask questions or request guidance with your action items.
The TeamDynamix Consultants also host open Office Hours every two weeks. This is a time set aside for our Readiness students to be able to ask questions or ask consultants to re-cover topics that were covered during the Readiness Course. You may even attend Office Hours if you have completed the Readiness Course but have not yet completed your action items. Unlike the course, Office Hours are open-registration, meaning you are approved as soon as you register. For registration links, please ask a TeamDynamix Consultant.
