Below are step-by-step instructions for application administrators to access the Admin interface of a Client Portal application.
Accessing the Admin View of Your Client Portal Application
- Go to your TeamDynamix site, and ensure you are on the Client Portal. https://[yourdomain.url]/TDClient/XX/Portal/Home/
- Click Sign In in the upper right corner and log in.
- Click your name in the upper right corner, and select Admin. This will now take you to the Admin view of the Client Portal.
You may want to bookmark that URL to be able to open the Admin view directly. Keep in mind, if not logged in yet into TeamDynamix, you may be prompted to log in again.
