How to make Questions visible

How can I allow unauthenticated users to ask a question in a client portal? We have adjusted all settings we see that has to do with making "Questions" public.

Hello Luisa,

The "Questions" system can only be used by folks who can sign into your client portal. TeamDynamix doesn't currently have any paths where someone can contribute to the Questions system in any way without authenticating first.
