Survey rules
Is it possible to set a people record or a security role or a survey with rules? Specifically, I'd like to never send a ticket survey to a specific account. Is this do-able?

The first question: On *each* ticketing survey, within the Ticket Requests tab, is a field for Exclude Requestors where you can list person(s) who the survey should not apply to. Just select this person on this field for any surveys that apply to your scenario.
Second question: No, the system sends surveys based on their configuration settings, and based on the date/time the ticket closed.

Follow up question: Is it possible to "bunch" survey requests so that an individual would receive one email for the week if they had multiple tickets?
