project report: "My Issues": issues showing for completed/deactivated project

The out-of-the-box report "My Issues" is showing issues from a project that has been completed and deactivated. Has something changed with the report where now it is wrong or have I "closed out" the project incorrectly so that the issues are now showing up? Project 235157. Screen shot attached.

Hello Greg,

That report has a filter on it for searching on whether the issue(s) have a status of Closed, In Process, Open, and/or Postponed. Have you verified the selections you've made for that report ( using the little gear-shaped button next to the report refresh icon) filter out closed Issues?

If the Issues were not closed out on the projects they live on they may still show up in that out of the box report.

I'll have to go back in and close issues then, but my trusted fellow worker says that something must have changed recently for these issues to now appear. They were not appearing before. Thanks.
