Close a ticket via email

Can you close a ticket by responding to one of the automatically generated emails, we have technicians asking about this feature?

Hello Denise,

Thank you for your question. At this time it is not possible to close a ticket simply by replying to an emailed notification message generated from TeamDynamix.

Since it looks like your organization is still in the implementation phase I am alerting your implementation specialist in charge of helping get you trained and set up with TeamDynamix. That is Jude Mmereole. He will reach out to you, or you can bring this up with him during your next meeting.

Any additional questions you may have regarding setup on TeamDynamix should go to Jude directly during this phase of implementation unless you have non-setup related questions to ask other clients questions in the Client-To-Client category.

If there is anything further I can do to assist you at this point please let me know, but I believe Jude is going to be your best bet during this time.

We have no feature that supports this currently unfortunately. I *would* recommend specifically submitting an enhancement request if your organization would like to ask for such a feature to be considered in the future. - Mark Sayers Thu 8/12/21 12:53 PM
