Deleting inappropriate KB article feedback

According to the answer to this question, we should now be able to delete/remove feedback to a KB article. I can't seem to find how to do so. Can you help? As an aside, there are a few references to "admin > client portal > settings." "Settings" doesn't exist in 9.5. If that functionality exists in 9.5, where would I find it?

There is also a security role needed to be activated to be able to delete the Feedback as well.

I do have security to delete feedback (set at the security role level). I do not see how to delete the feedback.

I now see it. I had multiple TDX windows open and logged out of TDNext but not TDClient so it looks like the security change did not take. Logging off/onto TDClient solved this. Thanks!

No. I only see "Mark Addressed". If I saw "Delete", this would be easy! :)

Okay, if that security role permission is set for your role to "Delete Article Feedback", and if you are looking under the "Feedback" area of an article, any feedback items listed there will have a timestamp at the bottom. That will be followed by a "Delete" link and a "Mark Addressed" link.

Are you seeing any of that?

Greg,

An item truly listed under the "Feedback" area of an article can be deleted. However, comments left in the "History" section of an article are currently not able to be removed. The "History" area is intended to be a feed that is visible and "commentable" only internally by technicians. It takes TDNext access to be able to see and leave History comments.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,
Mark Sayers
