In Ticketing system how to make form field required
I need to set some of the field on my form to be required, but I see no way to do that. The answer I found in the KB was from 2016 and references a non-existing link:

Adding a field more than once within a form
Hi,
Within a single form, can we add the delivered Accounts/Departments field more than once?
If so, how can these be added?
We need the user to select a Department multiple times within one form.

Why does the Tags field always display on Tickets?
I removed the Tags field from my Internal Form, yet it still appears on tickets.
